The Archaeological Museum of Nafplio is located in the old town and is housed in a historic building dating back to the 17th century. The museum was founded in 1829 and features an extensive collection of archaeological finds from the Argolis region and surrounding areas, including pottery, sculptures, and inscriptions from ancient and classical Greece. The Museum of Komboloi in Nafplio was founded in 1998 by the collector George Papadopoulos. The museum houses an impressive collection of komboloi, traditional Greek objects used for relaxation and entertainment. The collection includes over 2,000 rosaries from various eras and regions of Greece, with unique designs and materials. The history of the rosary is deeply connected to Greek tradition and culture, and the museum offers visitors an interesting insight into its evolution through the centuries. <\/p>\n
